They go from the oven to the table in style and can even be used to freeze your meals or left overs.

Why not marinade them in a large stainless steel or glass container with a sliced red onion, minced garlic, lots of lemon juice, olive oil & salt. Stir well and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. This is a good side dish to make ahead.
