Don’t forget the tortilla chips.

I knew it. I always wondered why my wife’s guacamole dip tasted so much better than what I found being served at most casual-attire parties that I used to frequent. (I’m surprised that I haven’t been invited to any recently). At first I attributed it to my wife’s superior insight on the subject- she’s Mexican. But, after reading “The Top 10 Things Food Companies Don’t Want You to Know”, I now know why. Many of those guacamole dips you buy at the supermarket don’t even contain avocados! So what is that green stuff? It’s hydrogenated oils, artificial colors and monosodium glutamate. Yum!

If you want my wife’s recipe, please email me at info@healthykitchenware.com. Also, be sure to refrigerate any left-over dip in a glass container.
