N. Carolina gives plastic bags the boot!

More places in the US are banning the use of plastic bags…
At least along a certain coastal stretch, North Carolina has banned plastic bags because they are a menace to the environment. Those beach communities will hopefully offer a pilot plan so that all other beach communities will follow suit.
